Full job description
Seeking out a part time, experienced maintenance/handyman to manage commercial property in Kilauea and Kapa'a.
Ideal applicants have:
Prior maintenance experience of 3-5+ years
Intermediate-level carpentry skills
Basic to intermediate level plumbing/electrical skills
Ability to diagnose and address/fix maintenance issues
Light cleaning/custodial experience
Can safely operate all basic/electrical/landscaping carpentry tools
Basic landscaping
Can coordinate jobs with vendors/subs when needed
Ability to work well self-directed/independently
Record of operating safely and with Aloha for all
Not required but preferred- mechanical experience, understanding of County codes
