Large townhome complex in Pearl City with 108 units over 10 acres seeking experienced resident manager. Knowledge of construction, repairs and maintenance essential, pool maintenance, self-management as well as management of contractors and maintenance/landscaping personnel is essential. Duties include day-to-day management of on-site operations, pool maintenance, minor repairs, answering trouble calls, on call for emergencies after hours, weekly and monthly resident manager reporting, regular office hours, scheduling, interactions with the property manager and board of directors including monthly attendance at board meetings, meet with contractors and planning for large projects, issuing warnings and violations for house rule violations, soliciting contractor and vendor bids and other duties as needed and to be discussed. Salary commensurate with experience, on-site residence provided, benefits package. Hours 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday plus on call after hours for emergencies only and monthly board meeting up to 2 hours from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Background check, applications must be filled out at the Equity Properties office and two forms of photo identification are required.
