RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean sidewalks, concrete roadway, gutter entries and sidewalk drains
- Empty all waste containers into main trash bins
- Make sure trash cans are free of spills and stains
- Replace trash liners and remove trash from public view as soon as possible
- Clean, sanitize and restock restroom supplies as needed
- Dust/mop all tile floors as necessary
- Maintain appearance of parking structure, elevator and lobbies
- Sanitize food court areas and keep free of potential slip hazards
- Monitor and vacuum all carpeted areas
- Report maintenance problems
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to lift 25lbs
- Able to walk continuously outdoors for up to eight hours
- Neat, clean and professional appearance
Previous custodial experience preferred
