Sashimi/Poke Cutters are responsible for cutting product to specifications while maintaing quality standards for blocking/cutting sashimi, cutting poke and other prep duties. They are also responsible for proper inventory control and sanitation.
(Experence is not required, just a good attitude and willingness to learn)
Receiving Warehouse: Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments, maintain fresh and frozen product inventory, pull inventory to be processed for the day, maintain cleanliness of cold storage room(s) and additional prep work.
Must be able to:
Work early morning hours
Stand for long periods
Work in a cold environment
Work as a team.
Understand verbal and written instructions
