Milowai Ma’alaea is a 42-unit complex seeking a full time Site Manager with good communication skills, organized, self-motivated, who can perform hands on projects and manage service contracts (i.e., landscaping, elevator, pool, pest control, etc.). The position works for the AOAO and reports to the Board President, Vice President, and Managing Executive. Supervisory and building maintenance experience is required.
Duties & Hours:
Housekeeping, maintenance and repair of building common area elements, enforcement of house and parking rules, coordinate and assist with management of building capital projects and management of various vendors and contractors. Procure and maintain inventory of building supplies.
Generally, 8:00am to 5:00pm with (1) hr. lunch, Monday - Friday and available for emergency response support.
Hiring & Compensation:
Full-time hourly employee with insurance benefits, mileage reimbursement, paid holidays, and personal days.
Maintain valid drivers license and automobile insurance.
If requested, must pass a criminal background check and a clean drug test.
Salary ranges $27.00 - $29.00/hr. commensurate with experience.
