Hana Health is a community-based, mission-driven federally qualified health center dedicated to improving the health and well-being of the Hana community. We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to our Executive Director and Board of Directors.

Position Overview

As the Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting executive operations, managing critical projects, and ensuring efficient communication and coordination across internal and external stakeholders. This position requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support: Support the Executive Director’s schedule, communications, travel, and meeting logistics.

Board Coordination: Organize Board meetings, prepare minutes, and support board-related communications.

Project Management: Support organization-wide initiatives and strategic projects, including preparation of grant applications.

Public Relations & Marketing: Assist in developing and implementing marketing and social media strategies, website management, and community outreach.

Administrative Leadership: Handle office administration tasks and special projects not assigned to other staff.

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred—or equivalent combination of education and experience.

3+ years of administrative experience supporting executives or senior leadership.

Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience with social media, website content management, or digital marketing is a plus.

Familiarity with non-profit, healthcare, or public sector operations is helpful.
