The mission of the National Tropical Botanical Garden is to enrich life by perpetuating tropical plants, ecosystems, and cultural heritage.
We are now accepting applications for two full time Horticulture Assistants based at our world class Conservation Nursery in the Lawai Valley.
One position will focus on native plants and outreach while the other position will focus on conservation and rare plants.
Responsibilities include: volunteer coordination; horticultural expertise; record keeping; nursery maintenance; leadership and collaboration. Experience working with and propagating native and/or rare plants is required.
Must have a valid Driver’s license.
Pay Range: $18.76-$22.00/ hr. DOE
