The Family Resource Therapist position meets prenatal women and families with children ages 0 – 4 years old, with the goal of connecting families with home visiting services and community resources. Time management and accountability are required, since most field work is done independently. The FRS will remain productive by assisting with program tasks assigned by the supervisor. Must be comfortable with daily driving (occasional long distances), interviewing families to assess their needs, participating in community outreach, building working relationships with outside organizations, and working occasional weekends. The FRS must demonstrate an active commitment to the Catholic Charities Hawaii Mission and strive to incorporate the four Core Values in all aspects of daily work.
EDUCATIONAL & WORK REQUIREMENTS: Two (2) years of college and one (1) year working with families; personal disposition necessary to engage clients in screening process. May accept high school diploma or GED, and four (4) years working with families
EMPLOYMENT CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: TB Clearance, CAN Clearance, Hawaii/National Sex Offender Clearance, FBI Clearance, Immunization Record, Traffic Abstract, Hawaii State Criminal Check, Driver’s License, Access to Vehicle with Current Valid Registration, Safety Check, and No-Fault Insurance, Education Verification.
COMPENSATION: $20.7445-$23.3070
