STEADFAST HOUSING DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION incorporated as a non-profit entity in 1989 and combined experts in housing and mental health services to provide a community housing program for adults with serious and persistent mental illnesses. We are actively recruiting for positions within our group homes setting.

What do you have to do?
Show up for work. Work independently in a self-directed setting within a group home to teach and assist adults with mental illness in learning basic life skills to prepare them for independent living e.g., cooking, budgeting, hygiene to name a few. Provide maintenance of a single-family home and propertyRefer to the vacancy list below.
What do you need to qualify for the job?
High School diploma or GED. Valid Hawaii Driver's License and a clean driving abstract with no more than 3 violations within the last 3 years. Valid vehicle with updated insurance, safety check and registration. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Semi-Independent Group Home: Resident Manager:
- Hourly rate for this position is $16/hour.
- FT (live-in): Olomana group home (Kailua) on Mondays to Fridays (10am-7pm)
- Position is also open to a non-live in person if we cannot find a live-in.
