Small Construction Company looking for a Full time Administrative Assistant eager to learn and be a part of a dynamic team.
Responsibilities/duties include:
Answering phones, take messages
Scheduling appointments
Pleasant Customer Service
Knowledge of Quickbooks
Good customer service skills
Knowledge of office and clerical procedures and practices
Ability to maintain accurate and up to date spreadsheets
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS / EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent.
Quickbooks experience a plus
Construction experience a plus
