Looking for a reliable, on time, responsible, display a cheerful and positive attitude, neat and organized. The admin assistant works directly for the Resident / General Manager. Work hours / days may vary. The admin assistant is responsible for the registration of all new residents and input the data into the computer, answer the phones, filing, place orders for the office, housekeeping and maintenance supplies, process invoices, debit card purchases, check deposits and check requests, able to work with the Keri system, copy machine, computer, keep accurate records of funds collected for the elevator, cabana and conference room use, schedule move ins, move outs, deliveries, contractors, maintain inventory of supplies, keep all three bulletin boards up to date, neat in appearance and organized, send out letters and notices. Work description may vary per the Resident / General Manager. This is a full or part time position.
