We are a busy CPA office looking to add a part time administrative/bookkeeping position to our expert team with an opportunity to lead to full time. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail. We are a family-friendly company that values a work/life balance. We offer medical insurance to employees who work at least 20 hours per week for three consecutive weeks.
Job Duties
o Provide general administrative and office support, including answering phones, filing, managing emails, and greeting clients.
o Coordinate scheduling, assist with office intake, scanning and delivery of client documents and document management for
various departments.
o Assist with billing, data entry, and light bookkeeping tasks
o Support the team during tax season – assist with scanning and processing tax returns
o Be attentive and responsive to client needs throughout the year
Qualities Needed
o Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail are a must.
o Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
o Prior administrative and light bookkeeping experience is a plus.
