Looking for Administrative Assistant in Kailua-Kona to Owner of Construction Company
Must have some administrative experience, able to work with Microsoft Office.
Must have drivers License and vehicle
Job duties include: checking emails, scheduling meetings, project site visits, print out documents, communicate with clients, some personal tasks for the owner, assist with human resource documents, run special errands, and various other tasks.
Looking for someone who is able to work full time and possibly some time on weekends.
