IN HOME CARE AGENCY LOOKING FOR A RELIABLE, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL CARE COORDINATOR.
Primary Responsibilities include but not limited to:
â¢Meet and Assess Clients needs in home
â¢Create care plans accordingly
â¢Process insurance authorizations
â¢Communicate with multiple insurance companies
â¢Assist with general office duties
Able to hire Medical Assistant as well.
