Container Division Billing Clerk: Essential duties
Must have 1 year of clerical experience
Input Container Division for Los Angeles, Oakland, and Seattle
Input Freezy BL's and Invoices
Enter receiving for all Freezy (Outer Island & VIP)
Answer phones
Enter orders via phone/fax/email (on Foot Print as well)
Download template monitors
Back up support for: Enter storage and direct receiving cards (except freezy VIP, freezy Suisan)
Ink post and enter pallet charges for all delivery tickets
File delivery tickets and warehouse receipts
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Office Manager
Skills/knowledge:
Proficient in Data Entry by touch
Requires basic reading, writing, math, computer skills and problem solving
Requires good planning and good customer service skills
Must be able to work with all levels of management
Must possess good communication skills.
Must be a self-starter who is organized, detailed and responsible
