Data Entry Clerk – Entry Level
Full Time
Monday – Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm
Air Conditioning Specialists, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Data Entry Clerk. We are a locally owned and operated company and have been an established business for over 30 years. We offer a fun and fast paced team-oriented environment with EXCELLENT Air Conditioning! There is room for growth, and we offer in-house training to those who are motivated.
Duties Include but not limited to:
Basic Math and Computer Skills, Email, Office 365
Basic Office Equipment (Copy, Scanner, Telephone, Shredder.)
Update and Organize Customer Info/Equipment.
Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.
Organize existing data in a spreadsheet and/or software program.
Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.
Search for and investigate information contained in files.
Provide administrative support.
Sort and organize hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically.
Review data for deficiencies or errors.
Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry.
$20.00 to Start – Evaluation after 60-day Probationary Period
