Data Entry Clerk
Job Type: Part-time
Starting Pay: $17.00/hr.
Location: Kalihi
Schedule Hours: Flexible (Mon-Fri)
Data Entry Clerk Job Summary
Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry.
Transcribes source data into the required electronic format.
Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using computer or scanner
Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.
Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.
Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies.
Maintains a filing system and protects confidential customer information.
Performs regular backups
Uses basic office equipment (copy machine, fax machine, scanner, etc.)
Maintains a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per company standards.
Completes additional assigned tasks as required.
Minimum Requirements
Previous experience in office administration preferred, but not required
Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) helpful, but not required
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
Responsible and reliable
Warm, friendly, flexible, positive attitude
Having reliable vehicle to run occasional errands not required, but is a plus
