Fast-Paced Recycling Company Seeking Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant
(Potential to turn into a full-time position)
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct calls on a multi-line phone system
Assist with daily logistics
Assist with AP/AR
Maintain an organized filing system
Data tracking & entering
Supply inventory and ordering
Errands to Kapolei town & occasional errands elsewhere
General office housekeeping
Prepare marketing materials for events
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years office/administrative experience
Logistics/transportation experience a plus
Knowledge of all office equipment including fax, scanner, copier, etc.
Customer service oriented
Experience in QuickBooks, Outlook, Excel and Word Highly Desired
(will train the right candidate)
AP/AR a plus
Ability to multi-task
Strong written and verbal skills
Valid driver's license required
Able to work a flexible schedule (weekdays only, no nights or weekends)
