We are Honolulu Periodontics and Implants. We are a growing practice and we are looking to add a part-time Business Administrator to our team. This is a specialty dental practice that offers various surgical procedures. We are located in the Liliha/Honolulu area.

Front office/ receptionist experience is required. Any further experience in dental/health insurance filing and/or with accounting skills is a plus. You will have to answer the telephone with professionalism and a very caring attitude, scheduling and confirming appointments on Dentrix (our practice management software), prepare and update patient information, and collect payments. Must provide three personal references as well as previous employment history which will be verified. Must be flexible to adapt to the training of our office and clinical style as well as our practice computer software.
This hourly wage position is based upon level of competence and experience. Currently looking to fill our opening for a part time afternoon team member, with opportunity to acquire more hours based on satisfactory performance. Hours at this moment will be 1:30pm to 5:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
