Job Overview

Da Kine Handyman is a licensed construction, remodel & property maintenance contractor who is seeking a professional capable front office manager to join our team.

This pivotal role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, serving as the primary client communicator, organizing & scheduling projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume office management and customer service within a professional services environment, excellent communication and computer skills, proven ability to meet deadlines, and a keen familiarity and interest in organization.

 Key Responsibilities

o Client Communications & Problem Solving

o Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries.

o Facilitate responses to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

o Answer frequently asked questions about our services

o Develop concise and accurate answers to frequently asked questions from clients.

 Office Management:

o Oversee the office facility, office supplies, phone system, alarm.

o Manage updates to facility policies, office hours, client notices website updates.

o Manage routine tasks to maintain a clean, organized front office.

o Sort and scan documents into office systems like Microsoft SharePoint.

 Team Coordination:

o Coordinate with field construction team, estimating and other staff members to deliver client results efficiently,

covering the front office and coordinating with the back office.

o Be conscious of other staff’s workload and provide support to the team as needed to ensure a positive client

experience and efficient workflow.

 Billing & Accounts Receivable:

o Manage billing to clients and handle accounts receivable.

o Enter data into various software to ensure transactions are properly accounted for

o Experience:

 Proven experience in office management during high-volume activity

 Experience in customer service with excellent communication skills.

 Project management experience with deadline-driven projects.

 High attention to detail, ability to double check work and track deltas.

 Direct experience with accounting and taxes is a plus.

o Technical Skills:

 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

 QuickBooks

 Microsoft SharePoint

 Microsoft Projects

o Personal Attributes:

 Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.

 Proactive problem solver with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with the ability to switch gears

easily.

 Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

 Compensation Range: $55,000 to $65,000 Annual Salary D.O.E.
