We are currently seeking the right individual for a Purchasing Assistant position at Maguire Bearing Co.
Immediate Job Duties:
Maintaining accurate and timely order processing.
Ensures all purchase orders are accompanied with order acknowledgements and discrepancies identified.
Provide support to sales team with regards to tracking orders.
Other duties include scanning and filing of completed orders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of administrative experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be dependable.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Hours: M-F: 7:30a.m. - 4:30p.m.
