Inventory & Project Assistant — Fine Jewelry Office
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory & Project Assistant to join our jewelry office team. You’ll manage both our online and physical inventory, oversee vendor and client projects, and support day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity to become a jewelry expert and grow within a dynamic, supportive team. You'll become a jewelry expert (can train!) and our source of truth for inventory and projects.
Full-time M-F 9-6PM, in Downtown, Honolulu.

What You’ll Do:
Master our inventory software: log new items, create work orders, track locations, sales, and profitability
Coordinate client and vendor projects: manage timelines, payments, and quality control
Create professional relationships with our vendors and VIP clients
Keep physical inventory organized and secure, in sync with our inventory software
Collaborate with the team and pitch in where needed to keep the office running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Apple devices, Google Workspace, and Slack
Exceptionally organized and able to juggle multiple tasks and projects at once
Detail-oriented and process-driven, meticulous in data entry and documentation
Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships with our vendors, contractors, other staff, and clients
Warm, dependable, and eager to learn, willing and able to support other staff
Comfortable working with high-value items and clientele, able to follow strict security protocols
Requirements:
Prior work experience in at least one of: customer service, administration, sales/retail, project management, eCommerce
Proficiency with online software and technology
Knowledge or interest in Fine Jewelry
May be subject to background check, drug screening, as allowable by law.
Bonus Points:
Previous work with high-end goods or clients preferred
Any experience in: eCommerce, customer service/retail, inventory systems, photography, POS, bookkeeping, IT nice to have
