Leasing Consultant (Ft. Shafter)
A Leasing Consultant has duties and responsibilities they must fulfill throughout the regular course of their job: showing, selling and leasing homes, working with prospective residents and carrying out activities related to managing the waitlist.
Job Type: Full-time; Temp to hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay: $18.00/ hour
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and direct appropriately.
Process applications, data entry, lease agreements, and assign appropriately.
Answer basic housing/waitlist questions.
Educates and informs prospects of relevant resident rules, policies, and procedures
Maintain supervisor's calendar, arrange and schedule meetings, and arrange travel and other accommodations
Coordinate and compile property management reports
Responsible for ensuring coverage of office hours and maintaining office supply inventory
Prepare presentations for property management
Coordinate tasks across multiple departments and levels throughout the organization
Ideal candidate should have the following qualities:

Able to handle busy phone lines
Personable and outgoing; Excellent Customer Service Skills
Strong computer skills especially in Outlook
Must be dependable and punctual
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Vocational or college education preferred.
2-5 years’ experience in Business Administration
Excellent Communication Skills (Both Written and Oral)
Proficient in using a computer (Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Outlook)
