What You’ll Do:
Be the main contact for project teams, vendors, and clients.
Manage invoices, budgets, and financial paperwork.
Help coordinate projects by keeping communication and documents organized.
Handle daily office tasks like emails, reports, and filing.
Support the team with other duties as needed.
What You Need:
Experience working in construction, especially with project paperwork and billing.
Good math skills.
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Nice to Have:
Past work in office or admin roles in construction or similar fields.
Skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe.
Experience with construction or accounting software.
