Small construction company needs Office Assistant for general office operations. Some Construction experience preferred. Tasks to include using Quickbooks for general bill paying, organizing Time Cards and receipts into monthly billings, helping with annual insurance audits, managing subcontractor information, helping employees with Proservice, submitting payroll to Proservice, vehicle registrations and safety, website maintenance, Maintaining filing system, Tools/Material ordering and more.
