As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Office Manager to join our team and ensure our office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and administrative support.
Manage scheduling and communications, including handling phone calls and emails.
Maintain and organize office documentation and records.
Coordinate with project managers to track project schedules and deadlines.
Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
Liaise with external vendors and suppliers.
Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees.
Facilitate office communications to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Bring innovative ideas to improve office processes and workflows.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an office management or administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in office software such as MS Office and project management tools.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of basic accounting and HR processes is a plus.
A proactive approach and attitude towards problem-solving.
