Job Description: We seek a detail-oriented and proactive individual to oversee our retail operations and facility management. This role will ensure efficient operations while providing customers and employees with a safe and welcoming environment. Responsibilities:
Supervise daily retail operations, ensuring high customer service and visual merchandising standards.
Oversee facility maintenance and coordinate any necessary repairs or improvement
Manage all office accounts-related systems and equipment.
Ensure maintenance of all office equipment, supplies, and inventory.
Maintain inventory of uniforms.
Assist the Reservations Manager in ensuring systems and staff function effectively and efficiently.
Monitor retail inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain for timely restocking.
Prepare and manage budgets for retail operations and facility maintenance.
Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize retail performance.
Skills:
Must be accessible via cell phone when scheduled as MOD/MOC.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership skills to lead, coach, inspire, support, and motivate the team.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and manage conversations.
Proficiency in Retail POS, Microsoft Office products, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Adobe products.
Requirements:
Available to work flexible hours, AM & PM Shifts. Including weekends & holidays.
Proficiency in English, with the ability to effectively communicate and understand verbal and written communications
Bachelor’s degree in business management, Retail Management preferred
Proven experience in retail management and facilities oversight, preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Proficiency in using retail management software and facility management tools.
