Summary:
Join our growing wholesale business as a full-time Office Manager and Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist. You’ll wear many hats in this hybrid role, managing daily office functions while also handling invoicing and customer accounts.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and communication
Support HR tasks including on-boarding and payroll coordination
Generate invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts
Maintain records and assist with monthly reconciliation
Order supplies, manage vendor relationships
Support company leadership with reporting and admin tasks
Qualifications:
2+ years of office administration and AR experience
Strong Excel and QuickBooks skills
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication
Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities independently
