We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations & Admin Coordinator to join our growing team! If you thrive behind the scenes, love organizing chaos, and can juggle admin, payroll, HR, and equipment ordering without breaking a sweat – we want YOU.

This is your chance to work with a fast-moving business that’s scaling up big time. Your role will be essential to keeping our backend operations clean, clear, and moving.

Duties Include:

✅ Handling administrative tasks and business paperwork

✅ Running payroll and managing timesheets

✅ Sending invoices and tracking payments

✅ Ordering equipment and supplies

✅ Supporting hiring, onboarding, and staff compliance

✅ Organizing digital files, systems, and reports

✅ Being the go-to for “getting things done”

Requirements:

Previous admin or office experience (HR/payroll a huge plus!)

Organized and self-motivated

Comfortable using QuickBooks, Google Drive, Excel, etc.

Professional and confidential

Bonus: Experience in facility services, real estate, or construction

Can work independently and communicate well

Location: Kapolei. Ability to telework in the future.
