Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful Personal Assistant to support the owner of a thriving ballroom dance studio and a successful real estate business. This role will include handling administrative tasks, running errands, and providing occasional pet care for two friendly Chihuahuas. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic about contributing to both the arts and real estate industries.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations for both businesses, including managing calendars.
- Run errands as needed, including picking up supplies, client gifts, and other essentials.
- Help prepare materials for real estate showings, dance classes, and events.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and client follow-ups.
- Provide occasional pet care, including feeding and play for two Chihuahuas.
- Handle special projects as assigned by the owner.
Qualifications:
- Must reside in or near Honolulu, HI.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with dogs; must love animals.
- Flexible, with the ability to adapt to the varied needs of both businesses.
- Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
