About the Role:

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator Trainee to support our operations and learn directly from our Senior Project Management Team. This is a hands-on training opportunity where you’ll gain experience in scheduling, communication, and project management.

You’ll help turn strategic plans into action, ensuring projects are completed smoothly and on time. This role is ideal for someone organized, eager to learn, and ready to grow into a leadership position within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule cleaning projects with employees and independent contractors

Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues

Track project progress and support daily operations

Assist with documentation, timesheets, contracts, and reports

Work closely with management, sales, and admin teams

Conduct quality checks to ensure company standards are met

Qualifications:

Strong organization and communication skills

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines

Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)

Interest in learning project management and operations

Prior coordination or admin experience preferred but not required
