We are seeking a highly organized and responsible purchasing/office assistant to maintain a friendly and efficient office environment for a Plumbing Contractor company. Responsible for all data entry, tracking, compose/edit documents with a high degree of accuracy and other related clerical duties. Supports manager(s) through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Job Responsibilities
Perform general office clerk duties and errands
Handle incoming calls and other communications
Request quotes, purchase orders, track and schedule material
Enter order details (e.g. vendors, description, prices) into database
Data entry for accounts receivable/payable
Assist office managers with day-to-day duties
Help organize and maintain office common areas
Skills and Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to work well under limited supervision
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Valid Driver’s License and Personal Vehicle
Schedule
Monday to Friday (7:30am – 4:00pm)
