I'm looking for female sales/assistant. Our company works alongside law firms helping their clients with foreclosure defense. I am looking for someone with sales experience or is open to making sales a career. Your job at first would be to work as an intake specialist. You would take incoming calls and ask a few questions before transferring it off. If you have spare time, you will work alongside me helping with the company and learning how to close. 90% of our leads come in hot and are desperate for our help. The clients want you to call them. There is no cold calling. The leads are good and consistent. The clients reach out to us first.
This is an entry level position starting. However, there's a lot of opportunity. Starting out you will make around 2-4 thousand a month working as an opener. However, if you find this line of work interesting, I will teach you how to be a closer. Closers make around $6k-$15k. If you became an "all-star", bringing in a minimum of 20 deals a month you would be making around $20-30K and I would assign you your own assistant.
The is a 1099 position with a draw of $1500 a month. Meaning if we didn't close anything you would be paid $1500 a month regardless. But if we close deals, it would be subtracted. It's a small operation of me and 3 other employees. We would be working from my house in my room. But we have good air conditioning, Starbucks coffee, donuts and more. Incentives are given every month depending on the files you bring in. For example, if we hit 5 deals in a month you get a nice gold-plated pen. If we hit 10 deals you get a new pair of Versace sunglasses. If we hit 15 deals you get a new iPhone. Starting Commision is 35% of the first attorney fee. For example, if we bring in a retainer of $4500 you would make $1575. The goal would be to get you into a closer position where you would make even more. But you must first learn the rebuttals.
Must not be afraid of the phone. We wake up at 4 am to take the incoming east coast calls. Showing interest in real estate law is a plus. You get paid as soon as the clients payment post. We make great helping homeowners save their homes. You will sleep well at night knowing were genuinely helping people. This line of work is recession proof.
