We have an immediate opening for a Service Order Coordinator (Warehouse/Appliance) located on Schofield.

Type: Full-time; Temporary to Hire
Pay: $18.00 per hourPAID WEEKLY Start: ASAP
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm
Job Duties:
-Answer phones, emails and assist walk-in customers
-Assist in scheduling appointments
-Coordinate appliance repairs and deliveries
-Keep call logs up to date
-Data Entry
-Filing
-Other clerical duties as assigned
-Driving duties may be required to run errands and to drive to housing/ sites.
Minimum Requirements:
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-College Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
-Type at least 45 wpm -Proficient in using a computer (Excel, Word, Outlook etc)
-Good written and oral communication skills (English)
-Must have excellent organizational and administrative skills
-1+ years of Office Administration experience required
-1+ years of experience in multi-family housing property management and sales and/or marketing, preferably with a military property management background preferred (but not required).
Must have a valid driver's license and own personal reliable vehicle to use daily to work. Must pass required military base background checks to obtain access to military installation.
