Warehouse Office Assistant
About the role:
To provide a standardized procedure for warehouse administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations and support to the warehouse manager.
Job Type: Full time; Temp to hire
Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:0AM-3:30PM
Location: Kakaako area
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
Checking & replying to emails (Outlook)
Data entry (Excel)
Transfer call to the designated individual or take a detailed message with contact
information.
Writing out shipping forms and labels; creating labels (MS Word)
Double checking orders are pulled and ready for shipping
Preparing paperwork for orders and shipments
Minimum Requirement:
Previous experience Office Administration preferred
Experienced in Microsoft Windows, Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Type at least 40 wpm
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
Warm, friendly, flexible, positive attitude
