Seeking a qualified individual to fill an On-site Resident Maintenance Manager position for an apartment complex.
Qualification/Experience:
Experience and ability to perform maintenance, repairs, minor electrical, plumbing, interior painting, etc.
Conduct move-in/move-out inspections
Respond to tenant inquiries in a timely manner
Ability to solve problems involving tenants, vendors, emergency situations, enforce house rules, etc.
Work with office property manager/ administrative assistant
Self- motivated, have a strong work ethic and manage time effectively
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Minimum high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Must have a vehicle, valid Hawaii Driver's license, proof of vehicle insurance and current registration
Candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs.
