Seeking a qualified individual to fill a full-time On-site Resident Manager position for apartment complex.
Qualification/Experience:
Experience and ability to perform maintenance
Collect rent and conduct move-in/move-out inspections
Respond to tenant inquiries in a timely manner
Ability to solve problems involving tenants, vendors, emergency situations, etc.
Self- motivated, have a strong work ethic and manage time effectively
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Minimum high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Must have a vehicle, valid Hawaii Driver's license, proof of vehicle insurance and current registration
