Martin & MacArthur is currently seeking a Store Manager for our Kauai locations.
Our Store Managers are responsible for leading the assigned store to achieve sales goals through excellent customer service and attention to detail.
They guide, coach and mentor our associates and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
-Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and exemplifying
"Gracious Hawaiian Living"
-Provide excellent customer service
-Develop client relationships
-Ensure store environment meets company standards
-Co-ordinate scheduling to meet the needs of the store
Requirements:
-Proven successful experience in management
-Strong leadership skills
-Good organizational abilities
-Communication and interpersonal skills
-Desire to constantly learn and grow
