Job Summary

Our Sales team lead by example in providing excellent customer service, performing daily store operational functions, keeping a positive work space while contributing to the stores monthly sales goal.
Essential Job Functions
The essential duties and responsibilities of Associate position include, but are not limited to:
Support and maintain standards for outstanding and memorable customer service on the sales floor.
Ability to develop relationships with customer and co-workers of diverse backgrounds and cultures.
Contribute to the stores monthly sales goal.
Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, customer service or related field.
Ability to work flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, night and weekends.
Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
