Kona Boys, a premiere small business for nearly 30 years, is a local leader in eco-oriented, community-sensitive & culturally-aligned ocean activities. We strive to be competent stewards in our role as intermediaries between beautiful Hawaii & its visitors, in an effort to create harmonious, sustainable relationships.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in the service/retail industry, a passion for both nature & people, as well as the versatility & reliability needed to navigate the dynamics of working for a thriving, small business on the Island of Hawaii.
Kona Boys is looking to fill multiple leadership positions, both at our retail Shop location in Kealakekua, as well as our Beach Shack location in Kailua-Kona.
