Compensation: $17–$20 hourly, based on knowledge and experience + sales commission

A Hawaiiana retailer proudly serving the islands for almost 40 years is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused team members to join our Waikiki location.
Responsibilities
Assist customers in-store and by phone
Demonstrate product knowledge and inform customers of promotions
Operate POS system: take payments, issue receipts
Restock shelves and tag merchandise
Support office personnel when needed
Requirements
1+ year retail sales experience preferred
Flexible schedule required — shifts are 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, including evenings, weekends, and busy holiday periods
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and attention to detail
Basic computer skills
Desired Qualifications
Skilled in sales and customer service
Bilingual (English/Japanese) preferred but not necessary
