We are looking for a full time store manager at Royal Hawaiian Center.
We need a responsible individual that is capable of:
- coaching staff to provide excellent customer service
- motivating and managing sales associates and supervisors
- maintaining the cleanliness of the store
- maintaining attractive product displays
- opening and closing the store
- communicating with management regarding product availability, customer service, traffic, sales goals
- selling products to primarily Asian customer base, mostly Japanese
Must be available to report to the store up to one hour before and after mall closing.
Store hours are 7 days a week, 10am-10pm
The best candidate will be able to travel as needed to the headquarters in Pearl City.
Required Experience and Qualifications
3 years retail sales experience
1 year retail manager experience
excellent communication skills
proficient with computer
proficient with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
Preferred Experience
Able to speak Japanese (preferred), Chinese, or Korean
Education Level
High School or Equivalent
