POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a motivated Retail Salesperson to join our team in a retail store specializing in non-lethal self-defense products. This role involves assisting customers, explaining products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist customers with product selection and explain features and benefits of self-defense products.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
Restock shelves and ensure inventory is up to date.
Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with new and returning customers.
Educate customers on product use and safety guidelines.
Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain and demonstrate product features.
Prior retail or sales experience is a plus.
Must have some knowledge with social media.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
EQUIPMENT, MACHINES, VEHICLE
Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions.
Basic office equipment such as a computer, printer, and telephone.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Air-conditioned retail store.
Fast-paced customer interactions.
WORK SCHEDULE
Flexible – Able to work days, weekends and holidays.
COMPENSATION
$21/hour (negotiable) based on experience and qualifications.
