Resident manager needed for apartment complex.
Must reside on the property, and be available from 6pm to 6am to answer tenant phone calls. Duties include but not limited to keeping a log of tenant issues, calling HFD or HPD as necessary, contacting building maintenance and property manager in emergencies. Maintenance or security background is preferred.
Must pass background check. Compensation is a studio unit on the property.
