Windward Passage condominium in Kailua is looking for qualified applicants for security positions.
We have a full-time Monday through Friday: 3pm –11pm.
We also have a part-time Saturday and Sunday:3pm-11pm
Job Description:
Greet and assist all residents, guests and
vendors/contractors in a professional and
courteous manner
Patrol and secure building and its amenities
such as pool, gym, social room, etc.
Enforce House Rules and issue citations
Respond to emergency calls and
complaints
Complete incident reports, daily log and
surveillance reports
Verbal and written skills to effectively
communicate with residents.
Must have basic computer skills
Assists with maintaining common areas,
ensuring areas are kept neat, clean,
sanitized, safe and secure.
Guard Card (Required)
Dependable and Reliable.
Previous experience. (Preferred) will train.
First Aid CPR trained (Preferred)
Drug test and background check required
