We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for a part-time and full-time position for security officer/customer service representatives at our high-rise condominium in Waikiki. Part-time position days and hours. Part-time (Saturday/ Sunday 0730-1600 hrs.) Full-time position days and hours. (Sat, Sun, Mon, Thur, Fri 1530-0000hrs.) starting hourly rate $15.50/hr up to $17.00/hr.
While the role is primarily focused on security; it heavily emphasizes exceptional customer service. The responsibilities include standard security procedures like patrolling the property and enforcing. house rules, all while embodying the spirit of Aloha and actively contributing to our community. positive atmosphere. ● Possession of a valid Hawaii Guard Card
● Understanding and commitment to delivering excellent customer service
● Confidence in enforcing house rules with a calm and peaceful demeanor
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Effective observation skills, including monitoring activities through site patrols and video
cameras.
● Good decision-making abilities
● Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
● Ability to comprehend and follow directions.
● Physical capability to climb stairs and lift up to 50 pounds.
● Basic computer skills, including emailing.
● Dependability, punctuality, and a commitment to arriving ready to work at the scheduled time.
