strong work ethic & positive attitude. Must be willing to work weekends

Job Description
Greet and assist all residents, guests and vendors/contractors in a professional
and courteous manner
Patrol and secure building and its amenities such as pool, BBQ/cabanas, gym,
party room, game room & library.
Enforce House Rules and issue citations.
Respond to emergency calls and complaints.
Complete incident reports, daily log and surveillance reports.
Assist with move ins, deliveries, elevator & party room reservations, etc.
Verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with residents.
Must have basic computer skills.
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Guard Card Required
