What You'll Do:
Inspire and lead a team of licensed professionals toward sales excellence
Recruit, train, and coach new agents and producers
Oversee daily operations and ensure a high-performing office culture
Set and manage goals, track KPIs, and celebrate wins
Help clients find peace of mind through insurance and financial protection
