As a Kama'aina Nissan Sales Representative,you’llengage with customers,provide productknowledge,assistwith financingoptionsand build lasting relationships.
SUMMARY: Looking for a motivated experienced Salesperson that will show results while ensuring customer satisfaction.
DUTIES include but not limited to:
To be helpful to all clients, prospects, and team members.
To have a high standard of integrity w/prospects, clients, team members and community.
Encourage everyone to do what they do best: work hard, be smart, have a great attitude, and have a healthy balance of life.
To greet and offer assistance to everyone.
To work in an environment that is positive, upbeat, energetic, helpful, fast paced, creative, and appreciative; have a Make It Happen Attitude.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, prospects, and team members.
To learn and follow the Steps of the Sales process and all aspects of completing a “deal”.
To learn all areas of selling; learn everything about the product and industry.
Have all required regulatory licenses and industry certification; complete all
required training.
OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY MANAGEMENT.
Must have a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable Driver’s Abstract.
Full time position with Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and PTO for eligible employees.
Earn between $48,000 up to $140,000 per year with uncapped potential.
