Position: Service Adviser
Location: Kapolei
Company: American Tire Company
Monday through Friday! No weekends!
What You’ll Do:
Greet customers and assist them with their service needs.
Listen to customers’ concerns and provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Coordinate with our skilled technicians to ensure timely and efficient service.
Provide accurate estimates and keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles.
Maintain detailed records of services performed and ensure customer satisfaction.
